edijobs.de is a job search platform from Germany, where you can find job posts from companies that already have equity, diversity, and inclusion integrated into their company cultures. This is the final redesign of their website made by Lydia Stockert and myself.

Some of our main findings were that people didn’t know much about diversity, equity, and inclusivity and we immediately understood that it is necessary to make some of that information visible to the users immediately on the homepage, in that way we would underline the fact that this is the main cause of this job search engine.

Prioritising and organising a bundle of important information while making sure you are reducing the cognitive load for the users is a complex task. Adapting that same amount of information for mobile devices is almost a piece of art.
